My Mobile Alarm battery drains too quickly
Introduction
Your Mobile Alarm is designed to last up to 48 hours on a full charge. If the battery is draining faster than expected, try the steps below.
Check your mobile signal
The alarm uses more power when it's searching for a network connection. If you're in an area with poor mobile signal, the battery will drain faster.
Check the charging cradle
Make sure you're using the charging cradle that came with your alarm, and that the alarm is seated properly on the cradle when charging. If the cradle itself isn't working, see troubleshooting your charging cradle.
Charge the alarm every day
We recommend charging your Mobile Alarm every day, even if the battery isn't flat. This helps make sure it's always ready when you need it.
If you've tried the above and the battery continues to drain unusually quickly, give us a call. The device may need to be replaced.
