My Mobile Alarm charging cradle isn't working
Introduction
If your Mobile Alarm isn't charging when you place it on the cradle, try the steps below.
Check the cable and power source
Make sure the USB cable is firmly connected to both the cradle and the power source.
Try a different USB port or power outlet.
Check the alarm is seated correctly
The alarm should sit flat on the cradle and make proper contact with the charging pins.
When the alarm is charging, it will say "Charging" and show the battery level on screen.
If you've tried the above and the alarm still won't charge, give us a call. We can send you a replacement cradle.
