What happens if my Home Alarm loses connection?
Introduction
Your Hub connects to the mobile network automatically. If it loses connection, it will let you know and try to reconnect.
How do I know if my Hub has lost connection?
If the Hub loses its network connection, a small red light will appear on the main button.
What should I do if this happens?
Brief connection dropouts can happen and usually resolve on their own. If the red light stays on or this happens often, try moving the Hub closer to a window. You can also attach the antenna that came in the box to help improve the signal.
