Pairing and Unpairing a Pendant Button to my Home Alarm

Introduction

You can pair additional buttons to your Hub, such as a spare Pendant, a Wrist Worn Button, or a Wall Button. Pairing a new button takes less than 10 seconds.

How do I pair a new button?

  1. Press the Notification Button (the small button with a dash) on the Hub four times.
  2. The Hub will say: "Pairing mode activated. Press pendant to pair." The Notification Button will flash blue.
  3. Press the button on the new device.
  4. The Hub will confirm: "Pendant paired."

To pair another button, simply repeat the process.

The Hub stays in pairing mode for 15 seconds. Up to 20 buttons can be paired to a single Hub.

How do I unpair a button?

You may need to unpair a button if you're replacing it or moving it to a different Hub.

  1. Hold the volume-down button on the bottom of the Hub and press the Notification Button four times. The Notification Button will flash red.
  2. Wait for the Hub's visual prompt to finish.
  3. Press the button on the device you want to unpair.

The Hub will confirm the button has been unpaired. The unpair window lasts 5 seconds.
